Big Potty!

Hi all,
I have started using the big potty on a regular basis now! It was intimidating at first, but I am starting to get the hang of it. Mommy and Daddy often tell me how proud of me they are, so I must be doing pretty good! Here I am on the big potty!

Learning to Roll!

Hi all,
I have been learning how to roll over on the floor. Mommy has seen me do it once (sort of), but I am quickly learning how to do it. Mommy and Daddy have a feeling that I will be able to do some of these types of movements a lot quicker than Chandler because I have a lot of muscle strength. Here's some pictures of me on my stomach playing!

Kick-Kick-Kick!!

Mommy and Daddy got out a toy for my to try and play with. It involves laying on my back propped up with some pillows and kicking these giant green feet thingies. I then watch balls go round and round and it makes noise. Mommy says that Chandler really liked this toy and it was one of his favorites when he was a little baby. As it turns out, I like it a lot too! I am captivated by the motion and will kick it here and there!

Choo-Choo!

Santa brought me a train table that we keep in the Great Room. I am really liking it and play with it every day. I like to make the train cars go careening off the bridge at high rates of speed and watching them crash because they can't go around the curve without tipping over at the high rates of speed! When I would do that, Grandma would cover her eyes with her hands and exclaim "Ohhh, Noooo!". Since that point, I tend to do the same thing. I often repeat the following words after I send the mail truck crashing down the bridge, "mail-man" (sounds like "may-man") "crash" "Ohhhhh, Nooooo". I also know all of the different cars and animals by name, and know how to operate the fire hose on the fire truck to put out the fire. One of my other favorite things to do with the track is to tear it apart into pieces. Mommy and Daddy almost daily have to put the track back together in a different pattern, and they complain that they are running out of designs, need another bridge, don't have enough straight pieces, etc.. So they tell me that new train track and accessories are coming in the mail soon! I'm soooo excited! Here's a picture of me with my train table!

Check out the excitement on my face!

3 Months Old!

Today I am officially three months old! At three months old, Chandler was 15 lbs, 3 oz. I decided that I wanted to out-do him, so I weighed in at 15 lbs, 4 oz! Turns out we were both 25" long as well. Can you tell that we are brothers? I am now smiling and cooing a lot in reaction to mommy and daddy. I am also very expressive with my face...I can make the absolute saddest looking frown anyone has ever seen, but I can also make a huge smile! Here's my three month picture!

Bumbo!

Mommy decided to get the bumbo seat down. Pretty soon I think I will be able to use it. I can't quite keep my head up for long, but I sure give it a good try.

Here's pictures of me and Chandler taking turns sitting in the bumbo chair! I also got to start playing with the kick toy and really liked watching it. Apparently, Chandler really liked playing with it.

Clothes!

Mommy and Daddy ask me all the time to help move clothes. Usually, it's putting away laundry...mommy stands at one end of the house and hands me clothes, daddy stands at the other end to receive the clothes from me and helps me put them away in drawers. I love to do that and am very good at it! Today, mommy asked me to take a whole drawer full of clothes and bring them into the great room so we can pack them up to go in the attic. I decided to decorate the house with clothes!

Brotherly Love!

I often greet my brother in the morning by getting down on the floor at his level and saying a long, drawn out, "Hhhhiiiiiiiii". That is our special bonding time!

Here is a picture!

Snow Day!

Like every other morning, my mom cam into my room around 8am this morning and woke me up and she quietly said it was snowing outside! I lifted my head up off of the mattress and turned to look out the window. I had no idea what snow really was, but before mom and dad could even blink I was yelling Snow! Snow! and demanded to go outside. Forget about breakfast, I wanted out! Daddy didn't go into the office, so he was able to get some pictures of us playing in the snow. This stuff is neat! It also tastes good too!

Need Some Plumbing Work Done?

Hi all,
My mommy and daddy said that I should post an ad asking anybody if they need a good, reputable plumber to do some work. They said I could get some extra money to help out with expenses around the house.

Here's the picture to show that I can do some plumbing:
As you can see, now that I am in big boy underwear, my pants seem to ride down easier showing my plumber's crack!

P.S. By the way, I am really starting to get the hang of using the potty! I am really impressing my mom and dad!

Visit With Isabelle!

Isabelle came over today to visit me! We haven't seen each other for a while. We had a good time playing. Isabelle didn't really react to well when I asked to sit in her Mommy's lap! We had fun chasing each other through the tunnel and playing with trains!
Here are some good pictures of us together!

Visit With My Buddy Aidan!

Today, Aidan came over to play for a little while. We had a good time now that Aidan is walking around! I hadn't seen him in a while. I wasn't real sure why he wanted to eat the milk train off of my train table...maybe he wanted some milk.

Anyways...here is Mommy's attempt at getting two little boys to both look at the camera at the same time and smile....yeah, right...

Happy New Year!

I have made a few new year's resolutions that I have asked mommy and daddy to help me out with. However, it seems like mommy and daddy wanted to accomplish these resolutions within the first week of the new year!

1.) Get a haircut!
2.) Get out of diapers and start using the potty!

Here is evidence of completing task number 1:
Before:

After (notice how serious I can pose):

Here is some evidence of me potty training. I am in my new big boy underwear!

I started telling mommy and daddy that I might be ready to use the potty a couple months ago by acting real interested in using the potty and have woken up dry most of the time. Mommy and Daddy started training me for real last week. I am doing really well and am really getting the hang of it. It is a lot of hard work and the first couple of days were pretty rough, however I have now learned how to hold it for longer and am telling mommy and daddy when I need to use the potty. We are all working hard and it is paying off! No more diapers! :)
