Jamie started solids today.
We tried a banana.
I'm not sure how much of it was actually consumed, but that's not the point.
As I mentioned before we are trying things differently this time. We are doing what is called, baby-led-weaning. Basically you give the child/baby foods that are nutritious and wholesome and let them lead the way. This way they learn to chew and eat at their own pace instead of "feeding" them purees that you never really know if they are full or not.
So far he seems to be enjoying his food. He has also tried, mango, cucumber, and some Mum-Mums. I'll keep you posted.
