Charleston Visit!

Our family took a trip down near Charleston, SC to visit my Mimi's (mom's mom) family. I got to see Chloe (who I call "Cloo-Clo") who is only 9 months older than me. We had a lot of fun playing and running around! Mommy and Daddy were concerned about taking two kids under the age of 2 on a 5 hour car ride. Like usual, Brighton and I proved to Mommy and Daddy that we are very good kids and can handle just about anything. We did great on the car ride - only a little bit of boredom led to some fussiness, but overall we did great! Here are some pictures of our trip. My favorite part was receiving the coveted Hess truck from Uncle Terry!

Visit from Rae

Today, a good friend of mommies from high school came to visit us while she was in town for the holidays. She normally lives in New York City. If you are an avid reader of the blog, you'll remember she has visited us in the past. It was good to see her and catch up!

Ouch - My Leg Hurts!

Today, I had my 2 month check up with the pediatrician. Everything went really well and I now weigh 12 lbs, 15.5 ounces (let's just say 13 pounds). I am in the 90% range for weight, 35% range for length, and 75% for head. I am really starting to follow in my big brother's footsteps...big head and weight a lot! The doctor was really nice, I think I will like him, however, some lady came in afterwards and poked me with something 3 times in the legs! I was sore for a day or two and kinda fussy, but overall I handled it well!

My Big Weekend - Baptism!

Hi Everybody...

This weekend, I was baptized at our church! What an amazing and important event. We had lots of family attend and my Godmommy Erin and Goddaddy Joel were even able to spend the night with me at our house Saturday night. We then went to the church Sunday morning and then after church, we all went out to eat at a local restaurant! What a fun weekend! Here are some pictures showing this weekends events!

More Museum Fun!

Today, Grandma came with us to the Marbles museum in downtown Raleigh. Mommy told me that Grandmother was getting us a family membership to the museum, so we made a trip to get the membership! My brother Chandler had been to this museum a while ago when he wasn't able to really walk, but now he is all over the place! Grandma made sure I didn't feel left out by dressing me up in all kinds of costumes! Here are some pictures of my brother and I at the museum having fun!

Museum Fun!

Today we decided to go to the Life and Science Museum in Durham for a little while. Mommy and Daddy had some free passes that they had to use up before year's end, and with Christmas coming, we decided to go ahead and go. I wish we had more time because we didn't really get to see everything, but Daddy promised that we would go back sometime soon and spend more time. My favorite part of the whole museum was pushing the handicap buttons at the doors to make them open automatically! Actually, they were pretty neat, but I really enjoyed the exhibits of the museum!
