As we continued our week in Chicago, we had to make sure we did all the "touristy" things like:
Splash in the Crown Fountains and visit the Bean.
We even managed to take the whole gang out to dinner. We walked to a nearby Thai restaurant "DAO" (also Derek's initials) and ordered way too much food and ate family style. Jamison is not much for sitting at a table very long, so it was challenging to say the least. Heming had never been out to a restaurant, so we did our best to make this happen, although I think Heming was better behaved than Jamison on this night!
On Monday of the week we headed to the Museum of Science & Industry. We had never been to this one before since it's quite a way from the city. It's probably good that we waited as this museum is a little more advanced for the preschool-set. All the boys had a good time though and one of their favorite things was watching their toy tops get made. It was really cool! I wish I had a picture, but keeping up with all of them and Jamie while the assembly line machine did it's work was enough.
