Wow! How is it Labor Day weekend and this is the first time our whole family has been in the pool at once?? I'm not sure how that happened, but we'll do better next year. It's hard juggling everybody's needs and naps at once and it just hasn't worked out. Finally the stars aligned and we all made it in!
Maverick had a blast in the ladybug float!
Brighton loves to play on the stairs. Even with swimming lessons this summer, he's actually a little more cautious now than he was earlier in the year. Maybe that's a good thing? He did have fun on the floats where he is the Captain of the "boat" and I push him around all over the pool. Chandler is a little fish. He likes to have his life jacket on so he can swim in the deep end. This is the first summer that he's been able to touch in the shallow end, so that's nice for him (and us) as well. I think that next summer we'll need to get a new rope that separates the shallow end from the deep end for safety's sake!
